Sandy Esther Estrada A worldwide live a labour crisis, coupled with political instability, in real terms the rate of unemployment increased significantly in the first quarter 2009. The people most affected by unemployment are the sectors most vulnerable segments of the population especially young people both women and men with low schooling. A job for a young represents a door and their incorporation into society, development of aspirations, adjusting their living conditions, the conditions of life of their family and thus of society itself. Youth employment as a topic of study is very broad already that this compound by unemployment, sub employment, discrimination, and exploitation of youth labour among others, as well as the analysis of the gap between skills competences possessed by young people and the reuqerimientos of the Honduran labour market. Through the placement of young people in the Honduras labour market, promotes the economic development of the country and in this way can improve the indicators of the youth inclusion in crime, gangs, illegal migration and other. Any effort that can help to improve youth employment is highly appreciated since it is an effort to establish the bases of those who will be responsible for development of Honduras in the future. These are issues that require intres research and study, to determine different alternatives that can to upport the Relizane NGOs and the same informant, efforts which in view of the indexes need more support, of the Honduran society in generates.
