The only means of exit winning in a discussion, is to simply avoid it. If we discuss and argue and disagree, might we achieve some small victories, but they will be a few triumphs empty, because we will not get to gain us the goodwill of the opponent Benjamin Franklin leave us earning our clients, partner, spouse or friend person or another guest at a party, or to a meeting, in small discussions that may arise in which does not go against our region or our homelandleave that them earn is worth discussion and stick us with your good will. Let’s talk about what unites us and not of what divides us Juan XXIII 2 – show respect for the opinions of others, never tell the neighbor that is wrong. No to contradict people or try to correct them, or show them that what they say isn’t true. This creates antipathy towards us.

Nobody in the world is going to upset because we claim the opposite of what has been said, if we add: can be that I wrong I’m wrong quite often this stop the discussion, and give others the desire to be as fair and as unbiased as we. Do you admit that you can also make mistakes just like any other. It is important to take this into account, never tell others I am wrong, but rather orient its mistake, but how so? Well it is very easy, try to use the technique of the I paraphrase, which consists in repeating with exact words what the person is saying, this to take you; to help the person to think clearly about what is telling, since this technique favours forest management and systematization of thought. I hope that you have this technique very clear and really that is not correct him and disrespect to the person, but rather is able to do that the person be account of his mistake and not let this living in an error.

The list could continue and continue (much has been said and written on the subject), but I think that with what you’ve pointed to is sufficient. If there are still stragglers that they think that all this will not with them, you only have to look to his around and see that it is what is happening. I take advantage to continue with my profession, Saturdays and Sundays are you can also create and work. It is curious, I came by studies and I’ve already been 7 years, I get Spanish nationality and me probably embarking on a project that proposes to invest in Colombia, where several Iberian promoters previously have been developing projects of tourist housing, primarily in Cartagena de Indias, Bogota, Pereira and Cali, cities with high presence of immigrants in Spain. According to the analysis of the partners shareholders Colombia has an economy that even if it grows, is not sustainable as a publication of a major Colombian University expressed, however foreign exchange reached historic highs 1 = 3,100 pesos colombianos, the project that is developed with an absolute secrecy raises the construction of 300 single-family homes and 50 apartments with an estimated investment of 15 million euros, excluding the land that is considered contribution of partners as they do I know my task in-situ was, apart from coordinating the negotiations between partners colombo-espanoles and verify technical aspects of the preliminary draft, the calculating and almost predict earnings of the promotion to be developed in 3 stages, 3 years between execution of the works and sales, the first serious phase of test, but no partner is willing to risk a single penny or peso, if there are no utilities is obvious: better to wait to that global perspective change, flow economies and investment revives, but these dates anyone could predict that it is not the time to revert even if 1 they give you 3,100 pesos; the important thing is to produce a 30% or more of profits which is absolutely impossible for any country in South America, even European and more even if Colombia that although the price of oil and coal are still rising and the coffee stays stable, the minimum wage for 2009 this calculated in 497.000 pesos or about 160.32 euros. Case closed. In such a situation already vuelta in Spain, only remains to wait, it sounds absurd but we know all the statistics there in spikes high and low, even more so in the property market and construction. Now with a 17.4% rate of unemployment in Spain which exceeds the 3.644.880 unemployed data for May 1, 2009, contradictorily begins to perceive a better picture, unemployment rises even though in smaller percentage, the automotive industry manages to incorporate some workers, new homes and second hand prices are stabilized and many consider that the low has exceeded 25% in several provincesmortgages decrease due to the lower rates of interest and the euribor; the most optimistic statesmen claim that the more serious already happened, but until 2010 not will it return to a premature normality, now, while arrives that craved normality, it is the best time to train and take advantage of the time to the maximum, I continued to exploit my profession and looking for work as many Spaniards and foreigners, I think both sides and I do it always with much positivism, recent years have taught me to overcome several challenges, to change the country, work in atmospheres different, to enjoy the sweetness of success, to fall into bankruptcy, to get up and start over, so I do the old case said popular that you pray: There is no evil that Paco Lopez Arevalo last one hundred years.

Is this all a game of cunning between contractor and Government to facilitate one multimillion-dollar suit against the Department of Huila? Will you continue with the same concession scheme? There new concessionaire or will be awarded to the same which had until last year and who was a major financier of the Pajarito Governor campaign? Will resume production and marketing directly by the Department? Nobody knows today. In saying the same departmental Comptroller is very serious what is happening today in this topic and very grave the fact that come to the same society Licorsa to make a new contract of production of 600,000 units with a series of irregularities also. I am addressing a right of petition to the Governor to have information on all these points, but I agree with the Comptroller that should explain very well the hiring of 600,000 units. By what Licorsa? What was selection of the contractor for this process? Who made and how the? marketing of these units and based on what contract? What was the process of selection of the contractor for the commercialization of these 600,000 units? With base in which studies are made throughout this engagement? Did Licorsa use the production plant of the Department to do so? Ask how much has it paid Licorsa for the lease of the production plant in power of them since the termination of the concession? If there is no contract of lease, do in quality of what that society has had possession of the assets of the Department? The answers to these questions are necessary not only to control agencies but to all public opinion in Huila. Finally I would like to refer to one of the themes of fashion: El Quimbo. It is vox populi has missed the Governor much leadership throughout the process and more now that we are in the peak phase of final negotiations. It is very important for all huilenses our Governor to take one position more in line with the interests of the Department for to achieve fair compensation for the huilenses.

You can achieve much beyond the issues raised by Emgesa, Mr Governor. The financing of 8,000 hectares irrigation projects can be achieved. The differential rate of energy for the producing areas of the country can be achieved. A shareholding of interesting proportions can be achieved, either in the Bogota power company owner of 51% of Emgesa or Emgesa. The repeal of the Declaration of public utility of the area can be achieved in order to make the cadastral reassess sufficient to achieve justice in the values it Emgesa should turn a one-time funds consisting of municipalities affected investment considered in the study respective socio-economic (art. 5 of the law 56); fix a term exploitation up to 50 years and reversal of everything to the Department can be achieved. You can accomplish much more if our ruler was more forceful leadership. After all the above, you would end up saying that if asked me a score of the first year of the Government of the Pajarito Sanchez, would not doubt in putting a 2.0, it already is not serious if we consider that now in Colombia nobody can lose a year!

In my case, as an inhabitant of this planet, predator of nature, ordinary citizen who lives in a country of shadows on the face of the Earth and across borders, can I or not give Obama the benefit of the doubt little not even a bit to USA, because you ware them in the Wild On World of fossil fuels, household and cosmetics, abundant food and disposable supplies, the world is an invitation to de facto through the media waste, material and economic cruelty to enjoy in a capitalism of luxury our debt and poverty of others, and there is not a fair means of human equality, the planet is rotating on the shaft of his cosmic translation and our earthly alienation with undermined nature and a citizen that’s so common and current identifies it with a being alien to his own human condition, a collateral damage by remedial and surgically sacrificable. When Barack Hussein Obama wants to take distance of what USA has done in the world and on the face of the Earth, the brotherhood of his speeches begins in childhood, develops in its adolescence and is set to experience a youth who has been projected as the salvaguardadora of a hope that is handed out happy and juvenile hand over fist and now deals with obscene ageing of sadness to empty hands, because to President Obama are you haired head, him has hardened the face and has been frozen smile. If Noam Chomsky the capitalist world is populated by a few prosperous, many discontented in the globalization of the economy, then we can locate and identify where the estupidizados glad and sad frustrated, which is the non Aristotelian golden mean and Yes Salomon to get away from the past, standing in the present and projected into the future of a rapacious Eagle and spatula to take with their claws and rip apart with his beak, imperial flying between heaven and Earth, every living creature to be shredded, swallowed and regurgitado in the elevated nests where chicks, restless and hungry, await their ration of food of a depredada nature, and about to be devoured by the fire that begins to encircle it. USA, Mexico and Latin America do should be seen as a balanced and harmonious continent where USA is the dictatorships which has imposed military who made so much human damage, and today these militarized countries have passed to civilian Governments with an identity forged and claimed through the voting citizen, when at the same time, Colombia and Mexico, will have militarized OS pretext of combating drug trafficking and terrorism with the tactics and strategy of the territorialization and the? occupation of USA? Only the most optimistic of the advertising marketing of fixed deadlines hope and happiness in a timeshare condo would have believe in American peace, and when I seek in the poems by the American poet Walt Whitman and James Douglas Morrison, I reencounter with myself: there was never another beginning now, or more youth or old age than the now, and there will never be another perfection now, nor more heaven or hell that these now. Jackal, escoltamos the trail of survivors of the caravans. We collect bloody harvests of the fields of battle. Our Skinny bellies are absent of any body corpse.Hunger leads us up to the fragrance of the wind.Foreigner, traveller, carefully observed our eyes and translates the horrible old dogs barking.

First of all and with the purpose to readers, leading representatives of a democracy, their right of opinion and choose or not choose to read a column, not polemicen with the lines that I will then write, I must openly declare my full Christian vocation, Catholic not fully committed and friend whose aludo in this Chronicle: I am referring to my friend the Reverend Father RAUL FERES SHALUP. I say this, because I just want to convey my feelings about this priest, who for over thirty years was the shepherd who guided the destinies of the National Sanctuary of Maipu and because not say, also of the commune, which saw parading by the parish of Nuestra Virgen del Carmen, after the departure of father Alfonso Alvarado, to a number of priests, which with some exceptions, shone without penalty or glory in the most important parish of commune. On July 17, father Raul celebrated their 50 years of priesthood with a solemn mass at the sanctuary, in which present members of their pastoral community were schoenstatt, headed by Cardinal and a comradeship dinner, offered of by a group of friends (more than 300), gathered in the auditorium of the College Alberto Widmer, who is named after the celebrated. I met Father Raul almost as soon as he arrived in the commune, being who writes, a pupil of primary school still. With the years living in Maipu, working in the commune as teacher of the Municipal school and then at the Institute of training Inacap, my closeness with the Church was giving across this bridge, which was my dear Raul cure. I say this sincerely, during my adolescence, for rebellion (heresy said my grandmother), I refused repeatedly to make my first communion despite the fact that my mother was a catechist and they paraded by my home many boys, that in Canners summer evenings, sat around my mother and listen to the Gospel, while I sweated drop fat, in the daily pichanga that armed with my neighbors in the Alberto Llona Street, opposite the Fensa, when he was still grounded.
